But there wasn’t any hot water in the sink and the shower doors quite literally turned the bathroom floor into a pool. Finally got to another room in the “new” section. Went down and they were like, “it’s working now?” I said no and they brought me to two other rooms….neither room had the AC working well when he turned it on. Miserable night sleep later and 11am and no contact from the front. They told us they’d let the day shift know. Went back down and insisted there has to be something they can do. Went to the front desk and was told nothing we can do. When we returned it was still the same temp as the AC wasn’t working. We went out for a couple of hours to let the room cool down as it was at 30C (90+F). We couldn’t figure it out and so someone came from the front desk to get it going. We checked in at about 930 pm and they hadn’t turned on the AC. I REALLY wanted to like this place and say I would stay again, but I can’t. We went out for a couple of hours to let the roo. “It was a miss, but it had so much potential.”
